• Check-in: From 10.00 AM - 2:00 PM

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

• Late check-out incurs a fee unless previously agreed upon.

• No parties or events without prior approval.

• No smoking inside the house.

• No unregistered guests or visitors allowed overnight.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.

• Full payment required before check-in.

• Flexible/Moderate/Strict cancellation applies as per Airbnb policy.

• No refunds for early departures or no-shows.

• Any damage to property or furnishings will be charged.

• Report any damages or issues within 2 hours of check-in.
